Production Technicians build vinyl windows and patio doors in a fast paced production environment!  Every Lindsay Windows is made especially 1 homeowner so our individual impact is tremendous!
Qualified candidates will have previous manufacturing experience and a positive attendance record.
The shift is 6:00 am to 4:45 pm M-Thurs with overtime on Fridays.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Meet quality goals per Lindsay Windows standards
  • Self inspect 100% of parts (finished and unfinished) moving through your work station
  • Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members
  • Follow LW Core Values in all aspects of your work area:

Job Requirements: 
  • Strong sense of communication
  • Ability to read a tape measure to 1/20 inch
  • Stand for the entire shift
  • Good organizational skills
  • Working computer knowledge
  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to lift/ transfer 25 lbs continuously
  • Ability to lift/transfer and push/pull 50 lbs occasionally
  • Reaching overhead occasionally
  • Bending at waist and pivoting from waist frequently
  • Fine hand manipulation of parts frequently
