Do you have experience leading a Service Department?  Are you interested in an opportunity to build upon your career with a growing organization? 

Timpte is looking for a Service Manager in our Mankato, MN Customer Support Center.  This role will be responsible for managing and leading the Service Department to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP). 

Pay for this position is up to $80k/year + $3,000-$5,000 annual bonus, paid out monthly!!  We also offer a Flexible Work Schedule!

Job Responsibilities

•    Achieve Sales and Margin targets as set in the Annual Operating Plan.

•    Generate incremental revenue of Service Parts & Service Labor through new customer acquisition.

•    Management of Shop Efficiency & Productivity.

•    Direct supervisor of the Trailer Technician team.


Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications

•    3-5 years of service and management experience.

•    Must have excellent customer service skills

•    Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written and interpersonal skills.

•    Must have working knowledge of how trailer is assembled.

•    Must have the ability to estimate timelines for repairs

•    Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, etc.

•    Must be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
