The use of automated systems or software to extract data from KatoJobs for commercial purposes, (‘scraping’) is prohibited with the exception of search engine crawlers with the limited purpose of indexing for internet search.
You are not permitted to use KatoJobs other than for the following, private, non-commercial purposes: (a) viewing this website; (b) posting job openings; (c) managing/changing job openings; (d) managing account and billing info; (e) downloading receipts for your organization; (f) transferring to other websites through links provided on this website; and (g) making use of other utilities that may be provided on the website.
Employers may post job openings if the job opening meets following requirements: (a) is considered regular employment including full-time, part-time, contract, temporary, or internship; (b) is a single (not more than one) position within the organization; (c) is a position of employment directly with the User’s organization; (d) does not require payment or financial investment by job seekers; and (e) aligns with the terms and conditions set forth in this document. Job openings related to self employment or multi-level marketing are not allowed and may be removed from KatoJobs.
You may not use KatoJobs to distribute, store, or destroy material in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
You may not use KatoJobs in a manner that will (a) infringe upon the copyright, trademark, proprietary secrets, or intellectual property rights of others or (b) violate the privacy or personal rights of others or (c) defame, threaten, or abuse others.
You may not use KatoJobs to impersonate others, and you may not attempt to authenticate to KatoJobs with credentials that belong to another person.
Employers are required to provide a valid and current credit card and agree to authorize the Company to charge for listings, renewals, upgrades, and/or subscriptions purchased on KatoJobs.
Employers agree to pay the full amount for Job Opening listing purchases(and any upgrades or renewals) purchased on KatoJobs regardless of the length of time that the Job Opening is published. No refund will be issued for Job Opening listings that are removed before the listing expires.
Employers agree to pay a monthly fee when they choose to subscribe. Subscriptions may be cancelled any time. At the time of cancellation, the subscription will be set to expire at the end of the current billing cycle. Subscription billing cycles are not prorated, and no refunds will be issued for the cancellation of a subscription.
Subscribed Employers agree to pay monthly subscription fees regardless of use. No refunds will be issued for subscription fees for any reason.
Users are prohibited from interfering with or disrupting KatoJobs or any of the servers, networks, or utilities connected to it. Users are prohibited from gaining unauthorized access to servers, accounts, networks, or data related to KatoJobs.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and password. You are responsible for all uses of your account on KatoJobs whether or not it is authorized by you. You agree to use a strong password when you register on KatoJobs.
KatoJobs may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Company makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of the information on KatoJobs. Content on KatoJobs may not be timely, and it may change at any time.
Employers are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the information they provide on KatoJobs. The Company is not responsible for employment decisions made by Employers.
KatoJobs is operated by the Company on an “as is”, “as available” basis, without representations or warranties of any kind. To the full extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims any and all representations and warranties with respect to this site and its contents, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, warranties of title, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or use.
The Company does not endorse nor make any warranties or representations about the options or other service or data you may access, download or use as a result of the use of the information contained on this website, or about any website you may access through KatoJobs. Links to other sites are provided for convenience only. You need to make your own decisions regarding your interactions or communications with any other website or Employer.
